The Moon Quest Journal covers ten themes across your life, each explored through a cyclical lens.
Written for PMS, PMDD and PME Every page is shaped by the experience of premenstrual conditions: the anxiety, the relationship strain, the weeks when you don't feel like the same person. Not menstruation generally, not wellness in general.
Plain language, no medical jargon Each theme opens with short context explaining what's happening in your body and what others have found useful. The journal won't tell you what to do or how to feel. It gives you the information and the space to work it out for yourself.
Prompts that help you map your cycle Every person's cycle is different. The prompts are designed so you can record your own experience and notice what helps. By the time you've worked through all ten themes, you'll have a personalised handbook to your own cycle.
No completion pressure Undated. Non-linear. No streaks, no goals. Start at any cycle, skip what doesn't fit, return when it's useful.
Includes Moon Quest Community access Your journal includes access to the Moon Quest Community, a private space for people who experience PMS, PMDD or PME, or want to learn more.
The Moon Quest app is also free to start on iOS and Android, with educational content and an emotional forecast that complements the journal.
Health-adjacent content is reviewed by Caitlyn Tivy, DPT, a clinician with specialty training in female and pelvic health.
